Students must develop a real-world project management plan at the end of the course. Their Project management abilities, as well as problem-solving skills are tested. Experience of working on a real-world project plan creates an excellent impression in their CVs and provide opportunities for better jobs and careers. Student may choose from several areas of interest, such as software, construction, IT, etc. The following are the main components of the project plan:

Accreditation !

AIMS is duly registered with the UKRLP and has received accreditation from CPD in the United Kingdom. The Master Diploma in Project Management (MDPM) conforms to the guidelines set by the Ofqual Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) for Level-6 Graduate Diploma, with over 50 credits. Obtaining an MDPM diploma allows individuals to earn academic PDUs and exam preparation for various professional certifications offered by PMI, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, and PfMP. Furthermore, possessing an MDPM diploma can serve as a stepping stone towards pursuing a Master’s Degree.
